Javi worked with us, not just for us, & listened to our requirements to create a functional, working Vet hospital floorplan that joins well onto our existing layout. He has amazing attention to detail & thoroughness, and also worked as our project coordinator, sourcing & dealing with the builders to get the project to completion, saving us valuable time & hassle. The end result is a building that both us, & our clients love, and we are immensely proud of. 

 I just thought I needed a Draftsman to draw up my design for a veranda/carport. That’s until Javi looked at my ugly little 1970s house, proposed a range of ideas that had never entered my head, created an outdoor area and carport with a real ‘WOW’ factor, and even worked out an affordable solution to make the interior of the house flow better and become more liveable.

If ever I doubted the value that an architect can bring to a project, those doubts disappeared after watching Javi  bring vision and creativity to transform an ugly duckling 70s house into an inviting, contemporary (but still quirky!) hills home. Javi's skill is in taking the jumbled half formed ideas of his clients and translating them into beautiful designs that reflect his client's personalities.

Javi was asked by my parents to design a granny flat/guest house for their property. His designs were absolutely amazing and we were very impressed. Unfortunately we weren't able to build as we decided to sell the house and move somewhere else. However if we ever decide to redesign or build anything in the future Javi will be our top choice!
